The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released an advertisement (No. 33 of 2023/24) for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) in Group-‘A’ of the Odisha Panchayati Raj Engineering Service Cadre under the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department.

Age Limit
The age limit for the posts is 21 to 38 years as on 01.01.2024, with relaxations for certain categories as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil) from any university or be an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises the following stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type MCQ Pattern)
- Main Examination (Objective Type MCQ Pattern)
- Viva-Voce Test
Application Fee
Candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee as per G.A. Deptt. letter No.9897/Gen dated 11.04.2022.
Examination Venue
The written examination will be held at Cuttack and may also be conducted at Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Berhampur, and Sambalpur, depending on the number of applicants from the respective zones.
